Delivery Policy
We will dispatch your order by Business Post. Within the UK, once dispatched you can expect delivery on the next working day and track your order at www.ukmail.biz.

International orders will take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

Delivery for UK Mainland is £12.00 inc VAT and includes costs of delivery and packaging and order processing.

Refund / Return Policy
We want you to be be 100% satisfied with your personal artwork. We have a no-argument guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, we will completely refund your order or offer you a reprint at no extra charge. *Refunds are not available after downloading the digital high resolution copy of your art piece (if applicable).

Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please email or call Tammy on 07775 582308 any time between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.

You may return or exchange your custom portrait up to five days from the date you received it. Refunds are not available after downloading the digital high resolution copy of your art piece (if applicable).

You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to familygallery, and for the costs associated with that shipment. If you decide to have your art piece exchanged, you will receive your new art piece within 20 days from the date on which we receive the returned art piece from you. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
