Who or what is familyGallery?
FamilyGallery is a privately owned art/graphic design company whose artists are trained in the art of bringing your pictures to life, capturing the spirit and life of your family.

What is a stretched canvas?
It is a 100% cotton artist-grade canvas that is stretched right around a 2" quality wooden frame and stapled at the back, ready for you to hang.

Can you produce custom sizes/designs?

Can I send you an image which is not my own?
Yes. But it is your responsibility to ensure that you have been granted the rights to the image in question and/or have obtained the relevant permission.

How long will it take to process my order?
You will typically receive your order 14 days after us receiving your photos. This is dependent on you being happy with the proof. Please contact us for rush orders. Please note the process could take longer over the Christmas period.

What if I don't like the proof you send me?
It is rare that our customers don’t like the proof we send them. However, if you are not completely satisified with the changes made, we will make every effort to meet you needs.
If you decide however that you do not wish to proceed with the order we will send you your pictures and a full refund.

What is the minimum dpi requirement for a digital image?
As the photos will be enlarged it is very important that the scanned image has a high resolution (pixel count). The scanned image should be at least 100dpi. For best results we recommend that you supply us with either a photo, or digital image.
